Received 2 calls. Missed both of them. One showed up on the caller ID as 877-369-1985 and a man left a message that it was pinacle financial and left the same number to call back. He never said my name on the message. Second call showed up on my caller ID as 231-231-234 (an incomplete number, very strange). There was a recorded message on my voice mail to call 877-369-1985. Even stranger, 3 other people who live in my neighborhood got this same call from 231-231-234 on the same day and around the same time as me. Very weird. Any input from anyone?

I just had a call from 1-877-369-1985, no message was left though.  I have also had calls show up on my caller id as 231 231 234 with no messages left.

I have received calls from 1-877-369-1985.  Pinnacle Financial is a collection agency if anyone wants to know.

Calls everyday and never lieves a message.
Don't know who it is but if they want to talk to me they should lieve a messege for me to call them back or what they want.
I do not answer call i do not know on my cell phone.

They do the same thing to me -  saying they are with Pinnacle Financial and that is a business matter, not a solicitation call and they want me to call back.

I do not answer numbers I don't know nor do I call back numbers that don't identify themselves and/or what they want from me.  

As far as I am concerned they can continue to call me and I will continue to ignore them.  If I figure out how to block the number, I will share with the rest of you.

And by the way it is spelled "LEAVE" not "lieve".  Most computers have spell check in today's day and age.

called on a sunday mothers day ...i thought they weren't supposed to be calling on sundays.  no mesaage left unknown name...i don't answer these calls.

The same number appeared on my phone 877-369-1985. No one left a msg and no one answered when I called back. Very strange. How do these people get our numbers???

received two calls from this number in the last number 24 hours. I answered and there was a message telling me all their operators were busy. I hung up.

These people call me exactly 4 times a day, same time, every day, 7 days a week. Just like the other posts, I do not answer my cell phone from #'s I don't know. Also, if it is so important, then why don't they leave a message?

Called at 11:35am looking for my mother. Attempting to collect a debt. Same call I got before from them: All our representatives are busy right now, attempting to collect a debt, gave me a number for a file or something like that.

Get calls from this number daily, I answer but no one ever on the line, they have never left a message or Identified themselves.

Called again. Sean (Shaun?) from Pinnacle Financial. Said to call back at 877-339-1985 and reference accout number enk700 or ank700.

Call every day . No reason . No info .

same problem 5-10 calls a day from this number and no body ever identifies themselves or leaves a message. I would like to know how they got my cell number.
Is there anyway to make it stop without getting rid of the phone?

Collection agency that keeps calling, even though I paid the debt to the original debtor a month ago. They kept calling at least three times a day with hang-up calls. First I called them back and told them that I was going to pay the original debtor (after asking for the person's name, address, and credit card number with pin. After all, I don't know Pinnacle from Adam :) ) After paying, they kept calling saying that I owed them $14.00 or unpaid balance, even though I paid the debt in full. Finally stopped calling when I called back and told them I just got this number and they keep calling, and no I'm not me. If they start calling again, maybe I'll try saying that I died.

Receive at least two calls daily from 877-369-1985.  They are trying to collect for a piece of medical equipemnt that was retuurned to the company I got it from. I told them I do not have the equipment, have no intention of paying for something I don't have.  Just received notice that Medicare and my private insurance is trying to collect from the original company (Empi)for the equipment.  Have no idea how Medicare and my private insurance company found out I had returned the equipment. So the company (Empi) has turned it over to Pinnacle for collection.  Medicare and my private insurance show I have no balance. But Pinnancle has the account and determined to collect. They have only talked with me one time, now it is just silence when they call. I think this is called fraud - collecting for a product you don't have, wonder how long it will take this company to reimburse Medicare and my private insurance.

At 8am this morning I received their usual call - they refused to give address.  Does anyone have this.

It is 6:46pm, I received my third call today from Pinnacle.  I put them on auto redial and dialed every minute and someone finally answered. I was nice and they, of course, told me it was an attempt to collect a debt.  I did not go into the explanation that the equipment had been returned. I simply requested their mailing address, not once, but three or four times before the woman finally gave it to me. I explained I would write a letter reqesting more info.  It has taken some work, but I finally got the address of this group.  They will simply sell the account sometime down the line and I will deal with them.
