Saying a person has passed away does not work, they called here and still call here for my brother, who passed away over a year ago of cancer.  I have had others call them also and tell them that he has passed and they keep calling.  I told them I would turn them in for harassment but that doesn't work either. They just keep calling and never leave a message.  SO now I just hit the talk button and then end it without saying anything, you would think they would get the hint.

You can add your cell ph number to www.donotcall.gov       It cant hurt.  New law allows them to call cells as well as landlines now.

Calls everyday now at about noon he never says anything so now when he calls I just pick it up and its silent. Today he said my name and hung up.

We get this number that calls at least three times a day. They never leave a message, there is never anyone on the phone. We believe it is a collection company that is trying to collect on Empi products that were sent unathorized by the company, Empi, as they had to have authorization from BWC for their agreed payment. We have called the collector and told them that. We guess that is who it is. However, when there is silence we can not find out. I think they need to hire operators that can speak. I really think they are getting paid for making the calls and getting a connection. This collection company ranks right up there with the famous car phone calls from the recent past and the new refinance your credit cards, I laugh as they do not know I do not have credit cards, but according to them I was preapproved to reduce my credit card debts. So Pinnacle hire people that can talk when you are making collection calls.

This number keeps calling here too (877) 369-1985. Annoying!!

My boyfriend has been going through for weeks .Getting call from 877-368-1985. They never say a word when he answers or when he calls back. Very annoying. If you are with a cell company i suggest you do what we just did. BLOCK their number. May times if you call you cell provider they will block a number for you.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours.
