got a call from 1-877-369-3319 trying to sell some insurance policy and he was literally harassing me. I want to know who these guys are?

Actually got a Text claiming that they had left a VM for me. No VM actually left.

Yet another call, didn't answer

I got a call at my job. They left no msg. I have no idea who they are.

Got a call after business hours at my office. Left no message for me either.

I got a call and returned the call it said thank you for calling CHARTER INSURANCE.... i assume trying to sell something

called me at work and hung up when I answered. very shifty, so be careful.

Left no message. I called it and the message says thank you for calling Charter Insurance. I think this is a collection company or something to do with fraudulent activity..maybe?

I think this might be a collection agency. I do not believe this is a legit company.

I just got a call from 877-369-3319 and the lady new my name, then started to ask me questions

1. Do you have insurance - I answered
2. Are you between 18-65 - I declined to answer
3. Does your insurance cover prescriptions - I declined to answer

She advised me that she was doing her job for Essentials Health Care, they were working my state and she ask this question of every one she called. I told her that I chose not to participate in her survey and she advised me that she would turn my file back over to the state and some one else would be calling on me

I called the number back, and reached Marvin a Sales Rep for this company and told him to place me on the do not call list for his company and the tactic in which the first caller tried to obtain information he advised he would report that to management, for they had no file and they could not send anything to anyone.

The calls are coming from Charter Insurance..............YES they are a Telemarketer AND it is time to begin court proceedings against them............LOL

Called twice today and hung up when I answered.

Multiple Calls from this number, but no one there if you pick up.

Received a call at work.  I saw tollfree & did not answer. They have call multiple time.

I have this number calling a new "Google Voice" phone number.  They never leave a message.  There is 1 call per day starting 4/15/10.  It's now the 20th.

Good thing they aren't calling my home phone!

I have NO idea who this is or where they are from.  I haven't given out my Goggle number to anyone yet.

Certainly not calling back...

Got the same call did not answer,  googled number and found this site,  called number back and got into automated system that said it was Essential Health and they had new health care packages available in my area so i hung up.

They called my phone 10 times today!!!

Ok so how do i discontinue this number from calling me... It calls me in school for god sake.

This is the second call I have had from this outfit in two weeks.  Had a long chat both times.  Rep said he was from Essential Health and that he was responding to a questionaire I supposedly filled out (I have not).  The company claims to sell supplementary insurance.  In fact, I have had calls from 6 different companies in the past two weeks, all saying the same thing.  I strongly suspect that this is the new approach to side-stepping the Do Not Call List.  If a  company claims that you made an inquiry of them online, then you can't keep them from calling you.  This time I asked them to put my name on their Do Not Call list, but I am not hopeful.  I encouraged the fellow to check the ethics of his company.
