Got a call at work from Essential Health Care wanting so one name Pam then they hu. I called them back said will remove your number and wanted say anything else. Something is not right about this company.

They are calling my office number and not leaving a message.

i phoned them back and it was "essential health". irritating they do not leave a message. if you get calls like this, just block them from your phone. that is what i am going to do if these continue.

Okay here's a way to stop them from calling:
1. call them from a number other than the one they are calling now (pay phone, neighbors phone - if you don't like that neighbor, because once the number is in their system they will begin calling it.
2. ask to be placed on the do not call list.
3. if they hesitate, ask for a manager, not a supervisor but a manager.  Get this persons name or extension or id number, some way to identify him or her. Repeat your reqyest to be placed on the do not call list.
4, always document everything...times and dates they called, you called, who you spoke with, etc.
5, if they call again, state that they are in violation of the FCC and FTA no contact policy, state that you will be contacting your states attorney general and the FCC and FTA to lodge a formal complaint.  (For those who don't know what the fcc and fta are:  FCC= Federal Communications Commission and FTA = Federal Trade Administration)
6. Follow through with your threat.  Go to your states attorney generals web site and file a consumer portection complaint then one on the FCC and FTA websites.  Enough people do this and this company will begin to pay attention when the fed's and a few dozen AG (Attorney Generals) offices start complaining.  Heck, they may even be hit with a fine - which is fine by me.  LOL

This is Essential Health.  I called the number back since I was tired of the calls.  The first time someone hung up on me without saying a word.  The second call I spoke to a very nice lady and asked her to remove my number from their system.  She said it is automated and would take about a day to remove it and apologized the computer happened to call my number again before it was removed.
Just call them and tell them to remove your number, problem solved (hopefully).

I don't think it is a collection company because I don't have any late bills.  These clowns are harassing me with their constant calls.  Several a day.

I just called them to tell them to take me off of their calling list.  There is a short recording.  The company is Essential Health and they're pushing health insurance.  I haven't signed up for anything online to have exposed myself to their crap.  God, I hate telemarketers!

Got at least 10 calls today from this number. When I pick up, it's just dead air. REALLY annoying. Not sure what's up with this lately. The last few months, I've had more and more of these numbers calling me several times a day for weeks, but there's never anyone there when I pick up, and it seems they're coming from different companies. For awhile, it's one...then a few weeks later, it's another. This is a recent development. What bugs me, is that we've only had this number for about 10 months. This hasn't happened regularly with any other phone number I've ever had. We have our phone through Charter Cable, and I notice some folks saying this is from a Charter Insurance company. Wonder if there's a connection.

Whenever any 800 call comes in, I run it through this site.  I take or reject then block the call THANKS TO THIS SITE>  This number called me just now, I traced it here, saw your comments.  I didn't have to answer, then Blocked!!!

Just like what Tommy L. said above, they just called my house about half hour ago and they did'nt leave a message on my answer machine so i came here to research.   Anymore i do this with all numbers that i dont know.

Did anyone have any luck getting the calls stopped? They have been calling me multiple times per day. I thought the guy would take the hint when I hung up on him...guess not.

another employee at work got this call and he just gave it to me. i called and told them to take me off their calling list,they said they would. so now we will see what happens.

Another scammer trying to get into your wallet.   If they won't abide by the Do Not Call List, what else in the way of rules/laws will they break to get at your $$$$ ?
