Kept calling my cell phone very early on a Sunday morning and would hang up.  Calling the number back rings for a partial ring the plays a (homemade) recording that says “number not in service” but in the background you hear phone ringing again at random times.  It states not in service about a half dozen times before going to static and then would ring again and play a recording stating it “was rejected by the service provider, reason is 503”.

This is one of those fake Bank of America alert scam telemarketers coming from India.  They've called before using this number on one of my old cell numbers.
