Call and call and when i pick up they dont say anything

Keep calling but never say anything.

It is Molina Healthcare.  I don't know why nobody speaks when they call, I think the phone is disconnecting before the "robo" call can connect to an agent.

This number has called here 4 times already this morning before lunch. No one ever answers whether a person answers or if the answering machine picks up.

called and left an automated message that said "you back at a later time" ( like we will call you back at a later time). The above comments would be possible, I do have Molina healthcare,....but why are they calling me?!

Called twice hung up lines busy when I tried to return the call annoying shows up as United States

Who ever this is has called 4 times hangs up and line is busy when you try to call back running my blood pressure up I never played on the phone as a child I certainly don't plan on doing it now 2 days in a row

Mandie, How do you know it was Molina Healthcare if no one spoke?

I have been getting calls from Molina except they do not leave a message of why they are calling. At least have caller ID so I know whether to answer the call or not.

This is Molina Healthcare. I just received a call from them in which they left a message and said "This is Molina Healthcare, we will try to call you back at a later time." That was the entire message. I have this insurance so I am wondering why they are calling.

This CLAIMS to be Molina Healthcare, asked to "verify personal info" before they could even tell me what the call was regarding, but I hung up then called back the number on the back of my insurance card to get to the bottom of it, and was told my account shows nothing wrong, and no reason whatsoever they would have contacted me. I think this is a scam trying to get personal info from Molina members.

I've been getting calls from this number all week. I don't generally pick up my phone for unknown numbers, but it continues to leave a message claiming to be Molina. When I finally picked up, the man on the other end of the line gathered my full name, phone number, birth date, and address; then informed me of an issue with my account and gave me another number to call instead of transferring me. The other number informed me that there was literally not a thing wrong with my account.

From a general business practice perspective, it all feels like a scam to harvest personal data from Molina clients. There are a great many things wrong with it. I'll be digging further and potentially reporting it.

Left a voicemail, in what sounded like Chinese. I do not speak a lick of Chinese and have no dealings with anyone in China.
