Fake names of person answering phone. Rude abrasive sounds like personal vendetta.

Call looking for my daughter. Claimed had a law suite pending in the county I live in. She lives in TX. Called the county and there is no case pending. When she talked to him he said the suite was filed and she could settle out of court for $X it if she lost in court she would have to pay attorneys fees. Plus Texas statue of limitations has expired on this old debit.

This number was left for me to call back on a call that had the caller ID blocked claiming that my cousin has a legal action against her. My cousin doesn’t even know my number and I haven’t spoken to her in years.

Some lady called me last week at least 3 times back to back saying that i have legal action in the county that i live in gave me some ref number and know it was fake anyway i don't have any money to give anyone also why would it come up saying private number.

"why would it come up saying private number." Because that's what the scammer set it to show.
