Serina and Sierra called twice and even called my Uncle leaving a message saying that it is an urgent matter and that a civil complaint has been filed against me in my county. Serina says her ext is 102.. They said that if I didn't respond within a timely manner I'd have everything garnished and taken from me. She claimed that a creditor hired them to get money from that is allegedly owed. She claimed that she would email me papers that had to be signed in within 24 hours and pay what is owed in full or make monthly payments. When she first got on the phone she said it was a big amount for a past due credit card which is not true then she said a big amount for a past due gym membership, again which is not true. Total crap and scam! She claims to work for Benson and Associates and says that if I don't respond in 24 hours that I will be served with court papers. Please be careful everyone because the scammers are getting more and more clever do not fall for or believe any scare tactics. If you are not sure get as much information as you can and verify the information if possible with your local government.

Said I was given as a possible contract for someone I cant stand and no relation to and to pass info to person to call Benson and Associates. They had my married name. A lot of these calls for people I don't even associate with.

When Nataly Williams left the voice mail she said Benson and Associates, but when I called her, they said Andrew Vincent and Associates. She is claiming is for a c.c back in 2013. People please be careful and do not provide your bank account. Call your county court and verify if indeed there is a legal matter against you.

They called my x husband and his x step son saying they had legal documents for me filed in my county. I checked with county web site I have no documents in record filed against me.

Called my ex-wife stating they had a pending court case in my present county of residence.
Total scam.

Got a call from Private Number and then the voice mail showed up as unknown number.  She said she was from Benson & Associates. Didn't give a name but said she I was a contact person and they were trying to reach my daughter.  Said it was in regards to a pending legal matter.

Oh ya they also gave me a reference number.

this number left me a text basically saying i had till 6pm today to call them. they wrote in caps trying to scare me.

Called me saying they were looking for my father. She said she was from Benson & Associates. They also reached out to his ex girlfriend from over 12+ years ago. They claim to have sent documents to his address on file and that he has until the end of the day to respond or they will move forward & file a complaint against him.

They called my brother trying to reach me. I called them and they said I had an outstanding credit card, from 2007 and that they are gonna take my house. I said I'm disputing this, because this is not true and asked for the creditor's information and called them. They gave me a number to Bank of America. Who of course doesn't have any accounts for me.
