keeps callin leavin  the repeat message of 2 different numbers to call ...  very very annoyin they need 2 stop callin my home phone and stop the harassin calls !  dont know who they are or what they want they never say .  but this is stevens buisnees bureau ?????

Got this call they are a collection agency-- Steven's Business Service

They don't identify reason for the call then they start asking for personal information.  Sounds like I'm speaking with someone from another country.

They are a collections adgency and a VERY rude one. They inappropriately put something on my credit report and are treating me like crap. Guess they don’t like being called out for their inaccuracies anymore than the rest of us. In particular Bill Martin was the saddest excuse for an employee I have ever encountered.  Terrible communication skills and his social skills are nonexistent. There is absolutely no reason to treat people with such disrespect. They impacted my credit score drastically and the man is acting like he’s the victim. Some people should NOT work directly with the public. This man should be caged like the animal he was behaving like. Pathetic.
