Threatening call !

I got the same thing. Needing my address or threating to call my hr/payroll?

Same thing, received a complaint, after three attempts will be referred to HR/payroll

Threatening call.. call my hr ? Give them my address? No way! U have my number. That is enough.  Spammer!

Just called the number , it's a scam . Report the number to police immediately

Same message about having a complete needed to call after three times would call HR or payroll which is interesting since I'm retired and inly Drive for Lyft

Spoofed a local number then left a threatening message to call this 877 number or HR department... blah-ba-blah-ba blah...

Funny gonna call my hr. Ha im a private caregiver.  Wanted last 4 of ssn or middle 2 numbers or 1st 3 numbers of my ssn. They in las Vegas claiming a civil suit in a little town in ky. Nice try. I owe nobody in this town! Also had no missed call just a voicemail left!

Just received the same call as above. The phone didn't really ring, but it popped up on my screen that I missed a call from 270-936-6009. When I called that number back it gave me an out of service sound and said "The number you have called is out of service. This is a recording." The voicemail I received was verbatim what I found on another site:

"Hello my name is Tracy Simpson. You were not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention. Please immediately contact 877-380-7402. Again the number is 877-380-7402. To update your address or contact information after the third failed attempts am required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file."

Please immediately contact 877-380-7402. Again the number is 877-380-7402. To update your address or contact information after the third failed attempts am required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file."

This is the ever popular right now "process server" extortion scam.
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Received the EXACT same message on my phone today.

Just got this message too. My phone didn't ring but showed I had a voicemail, I called them back and they knew my name but I said I had no idea who that person was then hung up. I'm currently a stay at home mom while my husband works, so no you won't contact my hr 😂😂

Got the same scam call as others here. 1-877-380-7402. Gonna call my HR.  I'm a contractor. Go ahead, you will still get ME. Equifax was hacked lately, so I'm a little concerned and watching my credit closely.

Got the same message today, showed up as a voicemail from 330-889-4204. But the number to call back was 877380740. I always look up numbers I don’t know. Very vague message. No company or anything mentioned. Obviously a scam.

Got the same message as noted above.  I did not call back.  Oddly enough, the number that displayed in my call list was (719) 284-8698 (Colorado Springs).  It called quickly twice but only rang once both times.  Then I had the same voice mail as above.  The voice mail wanted me to call Tracy Simpson @ 877-380-7402.
