This call is coming in 2 x per day and they leave msgs to call them back and then you are placed on hold for 10 min.  Nobody ever picks ups!

These folks call me once a day - every day - seven days a weeks.  Got tired of it and called them back many times before I got a "human" on the line.  Was told they were looking for someone whom I had never heard of - then the lady asked who lives here.  Gave her my name and my dogs name as only residents.  Now my dog gets credit card applications, Magazine subscribtions, and many other kinds of junk mail thru the post office as well as online.

I've been getting calls - some automated and some with an Asian man - for
quite a while, on my new work line...apparently the number belonged to
someone who owed money.  For a few bucks a month, I finally decided it was
worth buying call rejection from the phone co...I'd tried calling the
number back, and would end up on hold forever...tried telling the Asian
man when he was the one on the line that the person didnt' exist here, but
the calls kept coming...call rejection seems to be doing the job.

this number calls everyday and says to call this number back. and ask for Elizabeth evans who ever this is I never called back do not know them if they want to talk put a live person on there.

Constant constant constant calls from "Mis Elizabeth"... for a bill w/ Direct TV that I do not  even owe ( try dealing with them! Another whole blog... just needed to add 2 cents...  It is so very frustrating ... write to the company and tell them to communicate in writing only ( make sure get certified/receipt mail) If you still get calls, then it's harrassment. I have been receiving answering machine messages, at least 7 a week at my vacation home, same message as most, "Hello, this is Elizabeth Evans, please return my call at 877-381-7319, again this is not a solicitation call, thank you." (or something like that)  Been getting the message for multiple months.  Luckilly, I am not there except weekends, so I just get the satisfaction of pressing the DELETE button numerous times.  Further down the list, someone tied them to NCI Nationwide Credit-collections agency, corporate based in Kennesaw GA (I have not verified connection, but so far it seems to explain things).  They have a complaint number that I plan to use immediately, 1-800-540-6364, also available on their website at www.ncirm.com

I receive a call from this number 1-4 times daily. They leave a recorded message, "This is Elizabeth Evans, please return this call to this number." As I call the number back someone answers immediately as Nationwide Credit, Inc. They ask for the phone number that I'm calling from and then stated for whom they were calling. The person they were calling for doesn't even live here and to our knowledge, never did. So by calling I stopped the harassing phone calls - or so we'll see.

Day, night and weekend annoyance calls for my ex-husband. They refuse to stop!

I recieved a call from this number, tried call back was on hold for 3 minutes so I hung up. I no sooner hung and I got a return call from that number the voice sound like a female camel jocky (ha ha) claming she was from type of mortgage lending company, told her didn't need her help and hung up.

I get these several times a week from a recording identifying the caller as "Elizabeth Evans." The caller ID says Nationwide Credit, and we have no accounts with them.  It says "This is NOT a solicitation call. Please return the call at...."  Even when I answer the phone, it is a recording.
I also am on a do not call list.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number everyday for the past three months on my cell phone.  Every time i get a voice recording saying this is Elizabeth Evans, to call her back at 877-381-7319, and this is not a solicitation call.  I have called back on several occasions to either be on hold forever and never get a person or told to call back during buisness hours. Needless to say after being called everyday (now to the point where they call at 8:30 in the morning) I would like it to stop.  If it is that important they can call me in person instead of having a machine do it and answer the *&$# phone when i call back.

Receiving the same messages.  Called just now and they were looking for someone different.  They removed my phone from the list and will take 48 hrs.

This number is calling our business every day.  Sometimes more than once a day.  I finally got angry and called them back demanding to be removed from thier calling list.

They told me that our number doesn't show up in their system and therefore they can not stop the calls.

Unbelievable.

I just filed a report with the FCC and I recommend you all do the same.

If you are receiving calls from this number on your Cell phone,
as I am, I would suggest doing the following:

First though, my wife and I are NOT overdue with ANY of our bills,
so I have NO clue why the hell they would be calling MY Cell Phone.
Plus, the middle-eastern woman who keeps calling, keeps asking for someone named Jared Williams. Who the hell is that? I've had this number for over 6 years now lady, so you obviously have the wrong number.

I have since decided NOT to answer them any longer and have saved the number(s) into my cell phone under "TM # - Do NOT Answer!" (Where # would be TM1, TM2, etc.) I have also set the Ringer Option (Ringer ID on Motorola Phones) in my Cell phone for these numbers to SILENT, so I won't be bothered with calls from them again. I have started doing this with ALL of the TM numbers that I receive calls from as well, as it has saved me a lot of time from wondering just who the hell is calling me at 3 AM CST.

If your number IS listed on the FTC's Do-Not-Call list, I would suggest reporting these calls as Ongoing Disturbance/Nuisance Calls immediately.
