called my home phone 12/30 Thurs afternoon at 1:05PM. They left a message intended for someone else by name saying this is an urgent message from AVS. This is the third and final courtesy call to advise you that there is paperwork regarding your file is being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If they are unable to reach you at your home address, they will attempt to reach you at a verified place of employment. In order to reschedule you must call the shipping agent at number 877-386-0230 and reference case number 522-00537. Be advised that this is a time sensitive matter. It is very important that they hear back from you today in order to avoid any negative action against you file.

I received a call for a 2064799984 and 2063372627 today 12/11/23 stating this is the third and final courtesy call to advise you that there is paperwork regarding your file is being prepared to be sent out. They have my address and mailing address, the last 4 of my social and told me I am being sued and it was an old CITI credit card.  They referenced me a 15 digit # that didn't pull up anything.

The number 877-386-0230 called a family member asking for information about someone else. Then left reference number 525-03*+ asking to deliver important documents.

The person speaking had an Indian accent by the name of Justin- when you call back the number and give the reference number. They hang up on you.

Called a family member asking about myself - by married name name, provided 877-386-0230 and ref# 380-00***.  Called back then informed there is a complaint being filed against you and we have been retained and need to mail some items to you. Asked rep, so for married  name, then female rep states married name aka current last name. Then asked rep how does she find out about the nature of the complaint filed.  Rep states we need to verify ss# or you can wait as the complaint will be public record in 90 days.  NOT happening.  married name 25 years ago STOP it.

Originally called from 4075844831 when I told them it was the wrong person and to remove number from account that the caller got irate and started yelling so I hung up. They called back 4 times in less than 5 minutes. When I said I would file harassment charges caller stated to call 8663860320 to have phone number removed.

Claimed to be from verification services with a complaint against you with a case number; person had an Asian accent

they have my work phone-harassing calls

Called asking for my SiL from my previous marriage. Said I was listed as reference and they were trying to reach her.
I told them I hadn't spoken to her in over 30 years and have no idea where she us and why she would list me on any paperwork.
