A message saying "We are sorry to announce that your Credit Union is limited" I have no idea who or what this is.

I got text message that

I got that same message.  If you call that number it asked for an acct number.

yes its a phishing scam - instead of emailing it they are texting it to you.   the point is to SCARE you into REACTING and giving them your info.

Never call back a number that you do not know that claims to be a bank or credit card company - USE ONLY KNOWN GOOD NUMBERS located on the back of credit/debit cards or on your statements.

same here! Text message says: Notice: Legacy Texas Mastercard Issue Call at 877-386-1466.
Got another one earlier today indicating a local dalls number, also referring to Legacy Texas!

I have also recieved several msgs from Legacy Texas "Mastercard Issue" or Mastercard cancelled".  They used 1-877-386-1466 & also 1-218-296-2852 (a cell phone out of MN)

The text message was "Hello.Your Credit Union is frozen. Call at (877) 386-1466!"  But, they don't answer if you block (*67) your number before calling them back. Sounds like a scam to me, but, I'll still report their number to the Do Not Call folks.

I received the text message telling me " 682@tmoail.net// We are sorry to announce your Credit Union is limited. Call at (877) 265-6268!"

I don't even HAVE a Credit Union. The bank I do use does NOT have my cell number.

They called a family member & reported I have a claim or a case against me. Gave the family member a case number but it was just a zip code

Received a call from 832-937-5012 saying this Message is for Gabriela Mejia  I am Tony Cruz a claim has been received this morning in my office and blah blah you have JUST ONE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVED THIS MATTER then I need to call back to 877-386-1466 with a short case number and I have been notified, crazy people I don’t know that women and even worse they want to steal money who ever pay attention to this fraudulent calls

A gal was hired by “United” and Called my mother-in-law saying they’re trying to find me. I haven’t received any calls myself.

They call my phone multiple times a day. They say that my case came to their firm. They have a case file number and everything. I can’t think of a single thing that would make it to someone’s firm. I pay everything on time nothing in collections....maybe old medical I have no clue.

this number claimed there is a claim against someone i know. leaveses this number. this call came from 1 409-313-8943.
