I did not answer the call but called them back from another phone. The man who answered was curt and rude.  It is RBC, a collection agency. He asked for my name and the number they dialed but I would not give it to them because I don't owe anyone anything and have excellent credit.

Scam call asking for location and tracing services.

I let it go to VM the first time but when I heard the VM, I called back. The first lady was rude & hung up on me when I tried to get info on the "debt." When I called again, I got all the info they could give but it wasn't much! Location service my a**! I'm sure I would know if I borrowed money!

danielle whoever she is ...calling harrassing by phone. Dont know who she is... called my home cell. work and family members that i dont even live with. I left over 8 messages back at that number and i called back and just voicemail. This is harrassment.8773864183 i want it stopped or i ll take legal action against that company...please help thanks

Don't return the call for starters. See if you're able to block the numbers and pass the word along to those who're being harassed. Make sure you and the others are not answering in any way and be patient. 'Danielle' is likely to get tired of not getting any answer and stop bothering you. Consider a call blocker for a landline or a good blocking app for cells. They thrive on people answering their calls and if they're getting nothing, they're helpless.

It gets annoying and whoever is calling my work gets me really mad...how did they get my work number...i thought calling work violares federal law. How do i get call blocker? Thanks for your help

Depending on what you have. For a cell, look for an app in your play store. Mr. Number has earned high praise on here, Calls Blacklist is another. For a landline, they're on Amazon for about $40 or so and some phones have that option through the provider. Not answering at all is free, though. There's a number of ways they could get your work number, and although it may be illegal, keep in mind you're likely dealing with criminals who have no regards for anything other than ripping off the public.

Called twice, did not answer went to answering machine, but first with one number and then with a second number. These scam artists are relentless so I will see how many calls I get calls before they give up.

Calling me and relatives for my "whereabouts" about a $300 loan from 4-5 years ago they don't give any information on, how do I stop them from calling?

Does anyone know the exact name of this company, they are calling all my relatives and I don't know how they got their numbers.  I have not called them back as I keep reading you comments.  But I would like to lodge a compliant but I don't know the name of the company.

These people called me yesterday, and today. They stated they have the right by Federal law to obtain records on  where I am. Sounds like a scam to me. If I owe money to a debt collector. Please send me a letter in the mail box.  Please stop calling me. I have two voice mails from this number: 877-386-4183

My complaint is pretty much the same as above.  I filed a compliant against them with my state's attorney general office and also with the attorney general of NY.  Other than that, you can either ignore the calls or be rude to them as they are being rude to you.

This is a scam Google computer phone scams. They are useing a spoof number they ate in India in a call center looking for victims to scam . Report them

I recieved numerous phone calls from these people asking about the location of my parents or they would take legal action. But they only called my cellphone and my grandmother's phone and never my home phone
