3 rings and hang up.  I didn't answer.

Somehow an open line from this caller let me hear the solicitor in the background pitching Medicare insurance to another caller, talking about their social security number, etc. I don't know if that person hung up, but after about 30 seconds it went to silence.

Scam, states he is calling from the Medicare supplement enrollment center.  There is no such thing.

Nothing on the line except dial tone.

This number has been calling several times a week to my elderly parents' landline; they never leave a message. Parents are already on Medicare so from reading the above complaints I don't know why the real Medicare would call to enroll them!
