I got one at 12 am just right now and they claim they need to verify a signature for a credit card. Could it be scammers??

we got a call from this number... they ask for way too much personal information (the type that is used to obtain your credit file, etc)

yeah, they ask way to many personal questions and if you refuse one they will try to "help" you by contacting your credit card company to verify your identity in a 3-way call. That seemed ok until they asked my credit card company to verify the secret answers to my account on the phone with them listening. No way. At that time I ended the call.  All this for a $7 phone card. Really.

Not buying it - scam.
