Lots and lots of shills in this thread.  If it truly was a "Legit callback" then you would have had no reason to look the number up afterwards.  So all you three have done is proven beyond any reasonable doubt that this number is associated with crooks (you) and that calls from this number should not be answered.

I checked out the pricing. Cannot afford. I am on Soc Sec and a pension. No real savings account. Right now I am in Cary Reserve. I do not need Assisted Living.

Absolutely CORRECT!   I receive calls from this number every morning and often through the day.  I answer to a dead silence on the other end. but I have to hang up, as they will not.   THIS IS A FRAUD CALL I AM REPORTING TO FBI.

Where is the "FRAUD"?  It is simply an abandoned call and I am sure that the FBI is not interested in your phone calls as they have actual crimes to solve.

This senior living facility keeps calling and leaving messages. I blocked them, but they still leave messages. Pests.

Yes, "blocked" numbers can call and leave messages after you have "blocked" them.
"Blocking" does not make it impossible for the "blocked" number to call you, it only stops calls from the "blocked" number from ringing your phone and usually transfers them to voicemail (thus the messages).  "Blocking" does not convey any information to the caller that they are "blocked" or that you do not want them to call you.  They just see that you did not answer the call and schedule another call for later in hopes you will answer, and that repeats every time their call is "blocked".
