- curious| 2 repliesGot a call, press zero if you know the location of "so in so". They are a location and tracer service - sounds like a scam to me. When I used Google to look up number - it was a used car dealership in Michigan.
- Caller: no name
- ?????????????? replies to curiousSAME!!! they called me yesterday from a different number and left the same message, after looking into it I blocked the first number... just my luck they are calling from another number now. trust me I am not that hard to find if someone wanted to find me they would have no problem doing so I have been at the same address for over 10 years.. this is all over the internet as a SCAM!!!!!!

- BigAYou need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested). Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it. Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it. Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front): http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Also known as World Wide Processing Group LLC and they are located at 5817 South Park Ave, Hamburg NY 14075 and have a PO Box 2474 Blasdell NY 14219. The owners name is Frank Ungaro and the Director of Operations is Nick Curtis.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I am sure it's a scam. The caller want me to call them back, as if I have nothing else to do. I feel sorry for these people. Can't they find a decent job in this blessed country where sky is the limit.
Here's a piece of advise for these people. Repent and confess your sin. Get saved. Go and learn theology, preach gospel all around the world and lead perishing souls to salvation. God will take care of your needs. By doing so not only you, but also your 3rd and 4th generations will be blessed.
