    Comcast Sales rep. Too bad she can't talk, could barely understand her. Rushed through her voice mail speal.
    Signed up for another service which would save me 5 per month, decided to drop it and emaile back to stop calling.
    Got same woman on phone, finally learned her name after 5 mins, and asked her to speak more slowly.
    Good luck lady - and get out of the call center business, your too smart for that!

    Same woman unintelligible speaking so fast, experienced this recently with a lot of women in different fields, who want nothing else but to cross you off their to do list. Must be terribly overworked or drugged.

    Comcast calling to confirm an order I placed 5 DAYS ago, I assume.  Called the number back and went immediately to hold, then have to push "1" every 60 seconds to continue to hold. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and gave up.  Doesn't even say I've reached Comcast, just figured from previous posts here.  Lousy customer service.  I'll keep my money. lol.

    Upgraded my Xfinity internet service online. Got a voicemail that this number had called. Called them back at 2:12 PM and it went straight to canned music, no greeting or company info, just music. Now 2:20 PM and still music. I give up.

    I believe this is a scam. They called me today, I missed the call and called back. They never identified themselves as Comcast Xfinity, just Xfinity. The woman did not have my account information but wanted my name, address and account number. Very suspicious. I checked the phone number at it is identified as a telemarketer, not Comcast Xfinity. There are a lot of phishing scams going around.

    Just got a call from this number. Confirming an order I placed online 2 days ago. He asked for my social, and when I told him I wouldn’t give it to him over the phone he said “ oh ok” and told me my order was finalized. Something fishy going on here.

    The phone number is listed on the official Comcast Xfinity website. Strange though, I have to admit, they called me and didn't even leave a message knowing that I am in an order dilemma at the moment.

    Just because the number is listed on the Comcast website doesn't mean it's actually Comcast calling. Phone numbers can be spoofed so it's best not to give a caller any personal information but instead, hang up and call a known number such as one on their website or your bill.

    I got a voicemail from this  number and I could not even understand where they says they were calling from. It was a woman speaking very very fast and something about an account . I think this is a spoofing number phishing for information  and Comcast at all. I never asked to change any services and my bill is not late. Report the number to the FTC and don't answer.

    Blah...Blah... Blah...
    A guy with an unintelligible bassy voice called & left a message. Couldn't understand a dang thing that was said. Poor audio quality because of all "floofy" "bassy" tone.

    2 voice mails talking about an order and disconnecting services, I called Comcast Xfinity and went into the store and they do not recognize this number at all.
