Same message as Dom D'Angelo    left message on my cell "URGENT MESSAGE"  claiming from Jacob & Associates Investigations  said he had my SS#   IP Address etc   said his name was Dan Wright legal proccedings against me to immediately call or have my attorney call.

Wow!!! I pay my bills... they've been calling to get my Dad and I haven't heard from him in YEARS! maybe before you're a piece of S*@T you should get your facts!

She called and said to call back immediatly, regarding a claim. If I didnt it would be considered as refusal and could lead to further action.

This is a legit company. I took out a small loan from Cash Net USA (Trust me, I hate myself for ever doing that), because I was irresponsible I let the payments go unpaid. After some time of course the payments are sent to a credit collector. I finally got tired of getting missed calls and automated voicemails and called back. They were all very helpful and I was able to settle my debt with small payments. They are not fraud, they are a real law firm that are just trying to resolve YOUR debt. If you just talk to them they are able to knock off any interest that has been collecting and work with you on a payment plan. DO NOT KID YOURSELF, if you KNOW you have some sort of debt that is what they are calling about.

Just resolve your debts guys, you're going to have to pay at some point or another, might as well do it soon and benefit from their help.

If you have a payday loan and live in certain states, such as maryland, it is illegal for them to try to collect on a debt with a high interest rate.

These people are a real piece of work.  They keep calling the company asking for one of our employees and when I have explained to them on many occasions that i cannot pass along these phone calls, they continually call. This is a place of business and they are not to call anymore and they totally disregard everything i say.  Well they haven't stopped.  I get an everyday harrassment call from them from some lady calling herself "Ms Ryder".  She lies and says she is with the Pima County Superior Court here in Tucson Az.  When i finally called the # back so I could speak with her supervisor, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me.  I called back twice after that and they hung up on me again!!!  Who the hell are these lowlife pieces of s*@t!!!!  Whoever you are Ms Ryder " lick my d@&k [***]"

Hmmm, gotta call from Max Powers...Funny, I dont have anyone one with that name working in my officeyet he stated he was calling from the Sheriff's Ofc..."Houston, we have a problem" by all means folks DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION, do your research FIRST, BE SAFE, STAY PROTECTED, this is another form of fraud, they will make you an offer to pay a low fee to settle, and then turn around and sell your information to another "collection" agency, that will tell you, your "debt" has not been settled...this is how they get paid, theyre hustlers...they called my cell phone for my mother.

harrassing phone calls

I had an online loan with Cashnet USA which I defaulted on. I have been trying to make the payments as I can. There is a Mr. Jackson that keeps calling my work & cell phone leaving messages that if I don't pay off the remainder of my balance at once a process server will be showing up at my work with a summons to appear in court. I wish I had never had to take out this loan, but I did & I am trying to make it right. But they won't stop calling and harassing me. Has anyone else dealt with this Mr. Jackson?

that mr byko has been calling me left and right and the one time he must of thought he had hung up the phone after leaving a message and i swear i heard him raping a goat or a sheep in the background for the next 10-15 minutes ... be careful these guys mean buisness.. please don't rape my livestock ...

Agree with (the man) here...pay your dam* bills and you wont be embarrassed at work! They are a legitimate bill collector for a local hospital " lawrence and memorial" and probably for many places. I in fact did owe a copay on physical therapy and I didnt know it. The hospital sent the bills apparently to a wrong address 3 times and then sent it to this collector. I had no clue I owed it " which I did" until they left a polite  message on my machine that only asked me to call to discuss my account. I didnt even know what account they meant until I called them back. Then I checked with the hospital and yep.....I owed a copay. of course therapy bills dont even go out until after insrance pays and after your completely finished with appts. So this came awhile afterwards. The fact is I owe the bill. Their job is to collect. If you lost your job, etc blah blah, thats not their problem nor is it the hospitals problem. They have a right to their payment, just like you exspect to be paid when you go to work! Maybe if they weren't calling you regularly, they would be polite...they were very polite with me :)
