Last week I got a call from this no. They were asking me to pay a huge bill of 300015$ for the usage of my father. But after a long query I came to know that the phone was surrendered long ago. The caller was some girl who barely spoke proper grammatical English and instead spoke in a ghetto slang instead. Very professional (sarcasm intended). She asked for an employee by first and last name. When we inquired as to the nature of the call, she stated that it was a "personal matter". When we asked for the company name, she refused to give it to us and once again stated that it was a personal matter and that "the call was being recorded". We instantly informed her that we do NOT legally consent to having our call recorded, and to stop the recorder immediately. She refused. We informed her that the call is being reported to the FCC for harassment. She then stated that she was calling about an outstanding debt. We informed her that she was in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (she gave us the employees Social Security Number!), as it is illegal to call someone's employer, as well the fact that she employed by a company that participates in RICO violations, along with attempted Interstate Mail/Wire Fraud. She started stammering and saying "I beeze tryna to hep joo out heah". Told her that our conversation was done, and that we will be reporting the calls to the various federal organizations in regards to them being in direct violation of Federal Laws.  Their real company name is AFNI -aka- Afni, Inc -aka- Afni Collections -aka- Afni Collections, Inc -aka- Anderson Financial Network Incorporated -aka- AFNI Bloom.
