I received a postcard from them as well.  Its a SCAM!  Do not call them.  They would not provide any additional information and kept pressuring me for my personal information.  They are using it to get your information to sell you stuff.  The posting by "Darnell" must be from one of their employees.  If you do a search of the phone number you'll find dozens of complains about his scam.  DO NOT CALL THEM.  People like this are not legit.  If they were they wouldn't be trying to hide behind a postcard with no information about who they are; they also would answer basic questions about who they are and what kind of business they are if you called them.

I received a postcard from them as well. Thanks for the heads up. Card is going in the trash, not going to call them. What I get from the card is they suggest to help you recover money from orphaned accounts greater than 5 years old. What doesn't make sense is if you have an annuity, how can it be a orphaned account?

same thing.  Scammers at work.  Previously I have called my STATE attorney generals office about other scam calls - i.e. "Rachel at credit card service center" - and they wrote back that they had an investigation in progress in conjunction with other branches of law enforcement nationwide, and if I received additional calls, just hang up.  I'm adding this "annuity" thing to their list.

I am always suspicious when a company doesn't list their own name and address. The irony is, the front of the card has a "PRIVACY NOTICE", that is much longer than any other info they give you on the card. What SCAM artists! Thank You all for the information above. I will not call them. I wish there were a way to turn them in and get this kind of thing STOPPED.

I always check out phone numbers when I don't recognize them. I also received THE postcard today and inserted the number into computer. Thanks for everyones comments...They have a way of baiting the hook.  Guess it is that time of year when all the slime buckets come out to play... And now, I will place in the FILE #13!
    Happy Holidays everyone!
