My child is IN a Pagent for pre-teens to teenagers.  This is a legit number for them, not a scam or a creep.  The Pagent looks for sponsors for their contestants instead of the family footing all of the bill.

It is a scam. I looked this patty woman up. We leave in delaware and we were running to PA for the pageant. That's against rules plus I've also been talking to the real miss teen delaware usa. She's never heard of such a pageant or organizations. .
