They called my mom and said I owed money in summer of 2008 and they told my mom I was in a lot of trouble scared her to death. She called me really worried so like an idiot i pad them 2400.00. Then a year later they called and said I owed them 1200.00 still. I emailed papers showing I had already paid (I was smart I blacked out my acct #'s) the debt and the lady emailed a letter saying debt paid in full.  Now it seems every 3-4 months they will call withg all the garbage again.  I love the messages they leave on my phone. I save them all. Today was the last straw they caught me off guard and me & Mr. Lewendowski had words.  They are suck morans.  I was going to chnage my # but now I will use their calls as stress relief. If I am having a bad day and they call me. I will be more than glad to yell at them and get my frustrations out and then I hang up.

They just called me and said that it was VERY important that I call them back. Well i got scammed by one company and they got $450 and NO ONE will pull that crap with me again. They can take me to court which will NEVER happen I'm sure! They can kiss my all american red rosey A$$!!!!

I called my Attorney General's Office. The extremely courteous representative advises me to refer them to the Federal TradeCommission, which I will. She also said that in the works is an international drive to stop "Cross Border Fraud," which includes phone calls, e-mail, etc. Until then, I've blocked the number and will not answer such ludicrous messages as: "This is Virginia Goldstein, call 877-404-7650, an immediate response is required." Nothing else; no identification. You call back and are greeted with the noisy phone room background and equally cryptic modes of chatter. Not worth spending another second on save to particpate in their downfall.

Received message to immediately call back to 877-404-7650 and was then told that I owed a payday
loan from three years ago to cashnet for $300.51 and that they would settle for $156.95 today but it
had to be paid today or their lawyers would start litigation against me.  The loan was from Sept 3, 2008
so they said, I was put on hold about 3 times each time this guy saying he was talking to his attorneys and when I said I could not pay today he said he could not help me any longer if he would go back to his attorneys one more time he would lose his job and he hung up.  His ext. was 1013.  We did get
an email and a website which he said is not operating right now.  website is www.turningpointresolutions.com and email is clewandowski@prisimresolutions.com.  I was just scammed two weeks ago a place called crime prevention dept in california and filed complaint with the
BBB, FTC, and AG.   Really getting sick of this.  How can this be stopped?

I received a very strange message from this number today from "Micheal Rogers".He said that he had a "affidavid of fraud" in his office for someone with my social security & phone number.He did not state my soc. #   or my name & he didn't leave a company name for himself, I immediately found that very odd.He also said that he was obligated by the government to forward me this information.That made even less sense to me, why wouldn't he already have my address?I immediately decided to look up this number & I'm glad I did.I will be reporting this number as a scam & will not be calling them back to give them information about myself that they would already have if they were ligament.

This company called and threatened to have my daughter arrested if she didn't pay on an old bank account immediately.  Scared the crap out of her and that account was closed 2 years ago with a bank error dispute.  The issue was resolved with the bank 2 years ago and now all of a sudden this company Prism Resolutions (they didn't identify themselves, I had to research their phone number) is calling demanding money and each time the dollar amount changes.  First it's $900 then it's $500 and then it's $600.  I've reported them to the BBB, the FTC and the AG and have informed them not to call my house yet they repeatedly call anyway so I'm changing my phone number.  Scum of the highest order and I hope they go to prison.  Jermaine Walker even misrepresented himself as a paralegal and was acting on behalf of a legal agency which is seriously against the law, as is telling someone they are going to issue an arrest warrant for fraud against someone where there is no criminal liability.  If they want to pursue this then let's go to court!!  I can't wait to get this in front of a judge.

Got a voicemail saying she had a legal matter with her firm to discuss with me, normally I would call back to get more info as I know I have some debt, but she ended the message with "Good Luck" and her message was left with an attitude and sarcastic tone.  After reading all this info I. Do not think I will be calling her "firm" back.
