I recieved a txt message and I called the number and have this woman this reference number that was in it the person knew my name email address last 4 of ss my husband my address saying I owed 500.00 and that we could settle out of court for a payment of 301.00 kinda creepy said that I wouldn't see anything on my credit report until it ended up in court told her to take me to court cause I know who i owed and Im.not in default with no one

I received this text message:
Documentation for (Redacted, Name and address) have been deferred. New estimated time of arrival: Friday 29th Between 3:00PM-5:00PM. Signature required (21+ Photo ID).For assistance Contact 877-408-0370. Please Provide Reference number: (redacted) This is an attempt to collect a financial obligation. Any information obtained will be used for this purpose.Lat20 to stop Msg: Stop
I DEFINITELY BELIEVE THIS TO BE A SCAM!!!

Same text messages as above.  Instead of calling and leaving voicemails they now have switched to sending text messages.  I get 30 days to dispute and it must be by mail and not by text or over the phone.  It is a complete scam.
