Left message stating her name Jessica I need to return the call ASAP regarding a Legal Complaint against me with Case # DA205112- and to return call @ 1-877-408-3265 although her call showed up PRIVATE! SCAM

A girl called me from a private number saying legal documents were getting sent to me and if i was aware of this. I said no she gave me a number to call with a refrence number. They told me i was being sued for 3,400 dollars but i can pay 900 now instead

I received a call from 877-408-3265 that went to voicemail and a guy, Ryan, no last name, said that he was calling from the DA (didn´t say what DA) and that there was a lawsuit against a member of my family and I should call the number ASAP.

Yeap I have gotten the same message

Michael Preston called me and ask me if I was aware of legal documents coming to my address to sign for. He said the company was T & F, and gave me a DA number and phone number in which i called and there was no answer. Michael said this was Nationwide Documents. I told him i had no idea what he was talking about and wont  sign anything i dont know about. Michaels phone number came up private. Sounds like a scam call

They called all cell phones in my name and even some acquaintances out of state. Said they had a package that needed to be delivered. Also left a message saying there was a complaint being launched against me and if I didn't call, they would proceed. Left some file or account number starting with "da". My credit is clear and I'm not aware of any reasons for a complaint against me so I'm not concerned, just annoyed at the phone calls. Clearly, these people dig up phone accounts or other information, then prey on people's fears or uncertainties. Even if there is an unresolved matter you haven't dealt with, any outfit that employs these tactics is not one anyone should be concerned about.

Same. All around. Said I had an old debt from 6 years ago that I was being sued over. The thing that alarmed me was that he had the last four digits of my social as well as my address and my license number

Called for my aunt on my OFFICE line, saying they knew I was direct connection and that she listed me as her emergency contact (TOTAL BS).  His name was Mike Waters from A1 delivery service in Hennepin county and that he needed to give me legal documents for a complaint maybe filed against my aunt and that I would need to contact the firm to control this matter.

Someone stating their name as 'Bryon Long" called a family member or ours and left a message on answering machine stating that my husband needed to call him about a legal action against him referred to a file # DA followed by 6numbers , they knew his entire name... since our bills are paid and we have nothing in our past alarming we searched online and this post was the first one in a long line of scams from the  same phone number...so glad others posted as well , scam call!!!
