I received a call from this number asking if I was a certain person (I wasn't) . They requested if I wasn't this person would I please call them back. I have since discovered that they are a collection agency and I believe they are calling the neigbors of the person they are trying to speak with. I could be wrong but this has happened before. The number that called was 800-609-5666, the number I have listed is the number they asked me to call them at.

I received a call on my answering machine from 800-609-5666 asking for someone who doesn't live here anymore.  I have to tell you, I was shocked at the stupidity of the message!  It says that if I didn't hang up I was acknowledging that I was the person they were trying to contact!  And that if I wasn't, after the 3 beeps, I shouldn't listen to the message; LOL!  Yeah, right!  Kind of hard to stop a message in mid-play!  Kind of like trying to stop a piss in midstream!  Anyway, this is the number they left for you to call them back to tell them that you aren't the person they are trying to find.  It is a collection agency.  Figures! What idiots

I just received call from these idiots also, they are scam artist they use either 877-412-4704 or 800-609-5666, one big SCAM

These people are known as First Point Collection also has the number 800-609-5666.  They are scammers

Same essential message as left by Kathy and Joe above. Their message stopped at the point of identifying the calling entity. This is a second time Do Not Call violation from the same entity.

I have received this call too, and it has happened to me before.

turns out they were looking for one of our adult children that has never used this number as we have
had it less than one year.
Obviously a bill collector trolling for any info.  Gave them NONE.
