This is a call back number on an unsolicited mailing for a home warranty. No identification is on the mailing, just the phone number. They sent me 3 "Final Notices" since October, 2022. This is a SCAM! Do not call that number!

I received this as well and am forwarding to the Attorney General's office of my state.  Only an illegitimate business would not state their name - they are trying to imply that they are from your lender.  Not only do I not have an existing "home warranty" with them, but they fail to tell you what a new one would cost - only some phony "estimated repair costs."  Thank you for warning people who may not realize this, including vulnerable senior citizens.  Scammers are mailing from CA (95813).

Received letter in 12/2023. At first I thought it was my bank notifying me of an expired home warranty, but there is no address on the envelope. Looks fishy, so I'm not calling the number.

Mail solicitation. No company name.  I too will forward this to my State Attorney General and the FTC.  Maybe with enough complaints, something will be done to stop this scam.

Follow up:  Rang the number to find out what the name of the Company was.  "Hanna" answered.
She said the name of the Company was "Home Warranty Division".   Based on the phone number and comments on 800Notes, I told her people weren't happy getting their scam mail.
She hung up before I could ask her where they were located.

Received FINAL NOTICE in the regular mail about a non existent home warranty. It's a scam. They want you to call them. Best to throw the letter out. Block them if they call.

I did not receive a call although I may have. I have these unsolicited scam calls blocked. I received a letter in the mail purporting to be from my mortgage company on bright red paper. The number on the paper is 877-414-0365. I do recall getting this letter before. I will shred it.

Thanks for this information as I received a letter as well and the person trying to sell me was Rachel and eventually I figured out it was a scam and pretty much got her very frustrated and I hung up.

We were getting these same no return address scam letters but when we saw all these complaints we got a home warranty suggested by our personal banker. Then we found this warning on ThisOldHouse.com : "Scam letters use scare tactics in their language, such as “final notice” or “coverage will lapse,” to pressure you into signing a deal. Look for vague language since scam letters will be purposely ambiguous, such as not revealing their name or not having a return address, only a phone number.
Scammers might claim to be a part of your mortgage company’s home warranty division to appear more credible. Do not call the number or contact any email address provided in the letter. Ask your homeowner’s mortgage company directly if it sent you a letter."   Thank God for 800notes.com!
