Number for HR Accounts, basically a collection agency, called them to setup a payment plan

They called my boss at work and asked for me. Clearly his voice mail says his name.....this is NOT legal!!!!!

There was a 18662760922 number called & left a message to call 18774145751 & ask for Tasha Evans, but did not say what company they were affiliated with???
