Started harassing my place of employment even after I told them not to call me there.  Contact your attorney and find out what your laws are in your state.  I know I am, they were verbally abusive to my employer.

...it's illegal to call someone at work when they've told you not to call there.  It's also illegal for the caller to refuse to identify the business name they are calling from.  Why should Jasmine call back an obvious scammer?!

I've done business with this company before. H&R Accounts. They are legitimate. You can"t be scared of every unknown number that calls you lol

Just trying to help as they dinged my credit and the excuse was they tried to call several times and I never answered. Good luck to you all

Are your bills sent to collection agencies often? Do you look up known numbers on a regular basis? Or is it that you have another reason for being here?

...I guess you and your scammy colleagues will find out the hard way when you're sued for FDCPA violations like continuing to call a person's work when they've told you not to.  Just because a company MAY be legitimate, does not mean they do not also violate federal debt collection law, lol.

Since you seem to know so much about H & R Accounts, Inc. 5320 22nd Ave Moline, IL 61265, can you give us your expert opinion on any of the FDCPA cases listed below in which they are a defendant?

Received a call from these people. How in the world do they get your work phone number? The communication l ine has been dropped as the charge they are talking about is being reviewed by the hospital as they coded it wrong and my ins would not pay when the service is a free service by insurance well ness program.
