This number spells fraud|

Rec'd the call a min ago saying I have a potential lawsuit against me.  They called my mom's work yesterday and left a message.  They gave me this number to call them back to prevent worse things from happening.

the same thing has happened to me  yesterday afternoon and said the same thing .they aalso called my mother-in law downstairs. tam did they give you a ref # .

The number that appeared on my caller ID was 855-864-3738 but the recorded message that left me a message said that they needed to speak with my sister (who even has a different last name) about representing her in a legal case. The number to call back was 877-415-5038 and stated a file number

My mother got this automated phone message with this number and reference case for me  .. called the number - the number is not set up to receive calls...
