stole money from my checking account

CloudNV are a fraudulent company.They also stole funds from my account as well. I have reported their check fraud activity to my bank, which will be followed up with a police report.

did you recieve any satisfaction with the police?  They took money from me again, second month in a row.

They have just debited my bank account for $40 without my consent.  I am filing a dispute thru the bsnk.

Also stole money from my account.  I filled out a forgery complaint with my bank and followed with a complaint from the BBB and the attorney general of my state's office.

I was verifying my paycheck had been deposited and found my checking account overdrawn due to a 39.00 check from this company. I have not authorized any such payment.  I am waiting for the bank to open at 8am to start fraud charges.
From reading the postings - contacting them does no go.

I looked today and had the same issue. $39 from my account that I did not authorize.

They took $39 from me in the form of a check, went to the bank, and had to fill out a fraud form, and the bank suggested closing the account as they had the ACH info.

I happened to check my bank account at 8am this morning, at 7:07am a pending charge was posted from IcloudNV for $39.  I immediately called my bank and initiated a fraud report.  Also the bank stopped payment free of charge. It's simply outrageous how companies can put their hands on your personal bank account!!

Checked bank account this am and noticed a .01 deposit from this number. It says it's from ICLOUD. Researched the number further it looks like this number is also associated with ICLOUDNV out of Nevada. 40 complaints with BBB.  Folks who notice and file fraud complaint, the company says they have your IP address, they emailed you to cancel within 30 days, they have returned your calls, etc. None of which is true. Somehow they are getting folks checking account numbers. They do refund for most part but only after a complaint is filed. Calling my bank to report this fraud as I checked my phone no calls, I checked email, no emails and I never signed up for anything called ICLOUD.  Also reporting to my state AG.

They shutdown their icloudnv.com web domain and are now using bigcloudnv.com, same address and phone number though.

Checked bank account and noticed a .01 deposit from this number in February 2020, and a ACH withdrawal today (3/6/2020) for $39. Have no idea who these people are and definitely never authorized any access to my account.  Will have to call my banking institution first thing Monday to dispute this activity. WTF

They went into my account also for 39.00 on the 6 of theirs month I didn’t ask for no iCloud will get in touch with my bank Monday

That is usually meant to confirm an account's routing/account number for ACH transfers (direct deposit / withdraw), so I would suggest you get to your Bank and put a fraud watch on your account before they try withdraw via  ACH.
Find out who deposited and put an ACH Debit Block on it to prevent a withdraw by them.
See if your Bank has:
ACH Transaction Review / Filter
A fraud mitigation service to review and confirm ACH debit and credit transactions that post to your account on a case-by case basis. Simply determine if the transaction in question is authorized and return any transactions that are not. Filter transactions that you wish to review by any combination of:

-Debits and credits
-Company IDs
-Dollar amount/range
-Transaction types

I had to deal with this last year and they took a monthly payment from me with a fake check that I never wrote. I called them and they said it was a mistake and refunded me the money. My bank said that if they refund me then it should be fine. This month about the same time as last year, they took $39.00 from me (no check this time) and I called them and they said they will refund me. WTF! I told them to please get me off their list. I might have to close my bank account. SHEESH

they do a penny deposit and two weeks later, they take $39.00 from your account.
