I am getting a constant call from this number 877-415-8229. They are attacking me with saying. I owe money that was settled over 2 years ago. I know this debt is gone because I called the original creditor as well as check my credit report. I will be filing the cease order. If I continue getting the calls I will sue this company for harassment.

very rude man named jim duran, trying to collect a debt that doesn't exist. harassing me and when i say i will call the original creditor, he says no, we are handling it now. feels like a complete scam.

Yes it is a scam.  Tell him you don't owe him or anyone else a d**n dime and you'll call anyone you want and no money to scam here....

A very rude man named Jim Duran, called me on Wednesday July 10, 2013, trying to collect a debt that was settled over 7 years ago and that doesn't exist anymore. Harassing me about a debt that no longer exist. When i asked for the original creditor's information, he stated that we are handling it now. I put him on hold and found my papers when i told him that it was settled and to whom it was paid to, he told me that is that what he is showing on his computer. When I told him I was going to file a report he hung up. Feels like a complete scam. Note: This Jim Duran would not give me the name of the company that he is working for.

Same here.  Jim Duran.  Rude, trying to collect for a bill that isn't mine.  Nasty.  Wonder if he does this to intimidate people into paying him for money they don't owe.  Scam?!?!
