- AdamI have a bad back and got a call from this number I ended up falling so I put it on mute, the person said either speak or I am hanging up dont waste my time.
- Caller: Brook
- LarsI keep getting calls from them. She first identified herself as an employee of a local credit union, but when I call back, it's a message about a place called 'speedy recovery' at least that's what it sounded like.
It's a very stern call and a debt has NOT been mentioned.
I'm SSDI- so this is just annoying- heart patients do not sprint across the room! It's wasting my time. If I see any activity in my bank account, I have an attorney already clued in.- Caller: speedy recovery
- kaileenaWould only say caller is Brook. Asked for specific employee. I asked if it was a personal business phone call. She said yes. I told her she would have to call him at home after hours, since he is not in the office. She then asked for Human Resources. HR is in meeting so I offered to take a message. Brook said she would call back then. Guess what...still not going to patch thru. Leave a message a forget it...hee hee
- kaileenaBrook called again asking for same employee and then HR department. Told Brook she needed to call said employee at home after hours. She again asked for HR department. Offered to take message for HR department but she would not leave one. Said she would call back. I called the number she called from and she would not tell me what company I was calling....It is against policy to take personal-business messages for employees that are out in the field. Will keep documenting here for sake of employee if he wants to make a harassment claim against Brook's company.
- Oh well...It's a collections call. Defaulted on a car and now they are calling to collect.
- Call type: Debt collector
- JeromeThese people are very strange. They're calling about a real debt that I really do owe so I offer them money and they say no. I've asked them *directly*, "Do you want me to send you money?" They say that I'm refusing to pay and refusing to discuss re-payment. WTF? Every time I try to get them to agree to some specific terms, they find fault with the terms. It seems deliberate.
