These people keep calling me and asking for a woman with my last name but different first name. I don't know a Nicole. Every time I tell them so, they promise to fix their records but they keep calling me. I even Googled the chick and found a number for her. I offered it to the caller but she wasn't interested. HUH? The noise in the background tells me there are a bunch of other people phoning in the background so I assume it's a collection agency. I want to find out who is harassing me for no good reason.

I keep getting calls from 1-800 and 1-877 numbers. Usually I don't even answer them, but my diabetic supply firm uses these toll free numbers too. How can I tell what I want to answer and what not?  Bet there isn't a good answer.  Most of the calls are from our mortgage co. with "really good deals" to add to our mortgage pymt.

Received call. Didn't leave message. Called the number and a recording said it Wells Fargo calling with a special offer.  Wish there was a way to be put on their do not call list, but since our mortgage is serviced by them that probably wont happen.  They will not take "no, not interested" as an answer.  So annoying!!

I received a call with no message.  I have Wells Fargo as well.  I blocked a previous nubmer.  My Panasonic cordless phone has a call block feature.  Each time I get an annoying call, I just save the number to the block list.

Get calls from this number everyday including weekends up to 9 PM.  I tell them to stop calling but to no avail.  This type of marketing should not be allowed.

I get at least 1 call a day from this number and when I answer the phone no one responds.

I just called the number back and it is Wells Fargo offering a "special promotion"; however, they did allow me to join the "do not call" list and to be removed from their registry.  They did say it will take 5 business days for it to go through and to please wait 30 days for it completely be removed from their marketing promotion.  Hopefully it works b/c they have called me 6 times this morning (it's 11:50 am).  The good news...my home phone allows me to program certain numbers to be blocked.  Thank goodness.

Phone rang three times.  Picked up.  Nobody there.

Received phoned called from this number twice today. They did not leave a message. I tried to call back and it said the number was no longer in service. This type of phone calls should not be allowed.

This is our mortgage company, even though we have a business relationship, I believe we can ask to be removed from the telemarketing in house list.  I will be trying this tomorrow.  Tired of getting 2 - 3 calls a day.  Tonight when I answered I was hoping to make my removal request, only to be greeted with "I'm sorry, but all representatives are currently with other clients."  They left a number, but I didn't get to the pen fast enough.  Fed Up!

It is Wells Fargo.  Just call the number back...1-877-415-9258...follow the prompts to remove yourself from their calling list..."please allow up to 30 days..."

There is absolutely no reason for Wells Fargo to call me. I have NEVER done ANY business with them. This is NOT Wells Fargo!

I called the 877-415-9258 and it said 'disconnected or no longer in service'.  I just got another call from it this morning.  I have lost count of the number of calls I have received.

Hangs up when it goes to the answering machine. I see that they have called from the memory on my phone - nearly every day. I'm on the do not call list so why are they calling?

They keep calling and calling.  But they do not leave a message.  I picked up today, but they did not talk.

First, the reason there's no answer when you pick up the phone is because these jerks are using a system where they call several numbers at the same time. So chances are they are talking to someone else while you are picking up the phone. This may happen a hundred times before you get a live person. So that's why. If you call the nubmer back, it claims to be Wells Fargo and gives you an option to have your # removed. I've tried that. They're still calling, as late as 9 p.m. And yes, being on the Do Not Call list, means nothing. So, the only way is to bring a class actin lawsuit against these jerks. First, we have to figure out if this is in fact Wells Fargo. But since I called Wells Fargo and they would neither deny nor confirm it, I'd say we should include them in the lawsuit. Believe it or not, I'm looking into this. I will check back later. You should do the same.

We have been receiving these phone calls for months and we are fed up. After reverse checking the number, we learned that it was affliated with Wells-Fargo. Just a hint for everyone. If do ANY kind of business with Wells-Fargo such as them holding your mortgage, go online to their account services tab. Click on "Privacy Preferences" and check to see what your settings are. Automatic default is you would love to receive contact from Wells-Fargo and any of their partners that may have something to sell to you. Read that they are selling and/or renting their lists of customers. Good Luck!

i have received about 40 calls from this number.  i do not answer it.  they never leave a message on our phone.
i am fed-up with these calls  i have put in complaints online against this number.  it doesn't seem to help.
