Phone number on a letter supposedly from Luminate home loans.
I did get my mortgage arranged by Luminate, but this letter is about a home mortgage WARRANTY. Luminate sold my mortgage almost immediately.
I'm confident these are not offers from the legit mortgage company.

Mortgage warranties are a real thing, but they tend to be overpriced.
There's fine print so a lot less is covered than you think. When something is covered they'll send the cheapest possible contractors to fix it long enough for the warranty to expire.
That kind of thing.

They're dubious to begin with, but when they hide behind another company's name, trying to trick you?
Please.

My Mother keeps getting these letters and it actually has Secured by: city you live in, our city has no clue how they are using there name on this scam , of course they should be reported, seniors may fall for this
