I also got a call from a lady stating that this is my final notice and that i will be served by Friday, and that I will have to go to lidagation on this matter! What matter there is no name of what this is about or for what company they are trying to collect. I called back 877-418-2690 got a greg stating that this was for a Pay Day Loan from 2008. The file number given to me was for a Keith Johnson who I have no idea who he is.  Gave them my name and a file pulled up, and I asked that they e-mail me or send me something inregards to what this is about. The rep said that the company with the org creditor has done so many times. I asked to what address and they couldnt tell me. I stated then serve me and good luck. When speaking with a debt coll they are mini maranda each call and state which comp they rep. I think this is a joke do not give them any information with out them sending you something to prove what they are collecting on.

I have received a number of harassing phone calls from this phone number.  They have contacted my 90 year old grandmother and other members of my family stating the there was a case pending against me.  I call the 877-418-2690 and the person was extremely rude and refused to give me any information.  He said that I had a delinquent bill for a pay day loan and that I was being sued.  I told them that they had the wrong person and he insisted that I was the right person and was going to be sued.  I told he to go right ahead.  I called back to get their address to file a complaint with the AG's office and two people refused to provide the address.  I tried looking them up on the BBB website, but nothing.  I think this is a scam.

I received a call and was trying to make arrangements and when I told them I could not come up with 100 every two weeks the person on the phone said "if someone was holding a gun to my head for a 100 I would come up with it" really. You threaten me.. [***].  Then when I called back it was "its your fault should of payed your bill" not happening. I hope they take me to court...

This is a Debt Collector that works for PayDay Loans  Susan Thomas will iniatiate the calls and then call you to harass and scare you regarding an unpaid bill.   If I was you, if they call, to hell with them, dont call her back.  Stephanie is the other mediation team staff that is somewhat nice, but nevertheless they are all in the same office to try to scare you into paying or you will be going to court or served or stopping service.  This is their number. 1-877-418-2690  As soon as I get their address I will upload that as well.

Don was the agent who called me and they are calling from these numbers as well .... 1-866-754-5354 and from 1-877-816-1374.  It's the same guy who calls and alters his voice to sound like he's gonna come take whatever they can get and then when you speak with them its all nice like.. just a side note and or question.  How many collection agencies only use electronic Deborah and won't accept western union quick collect payments....... Sounds like a scam to me!

A guy has been calling me for awhile now telling me to call world group and I have charges/claim against me and that if I don't respond they will see me in court.  They even tried to call my work but we are not stupid here, kept saying he needed my address to serve me papers, my work told them to bring a licensed server for our state and serve me.  Truth is they have no papers, and if they did it would have to be filed in your court system first then served to me according to my state.  SO, don't fall for this, it will make you scared and paranoid but shake it off.  I did call them to fish myself and the lady wanted me to verify my address and social and I told her no, if she had legit business with me she should have my address, i haven't moved in years.  She then told me i needed to mediate with them so i didn't end up in court and I told her I wasn't giving any information she said well then you will go to jail for failure to appear, they think we are so stupid.  I said I checked my court records and you haven't filed anything on me so stop talking, file it and I will respond to your case.  They prey on people who don't know the law, etc.  They also told me and my work they would be out within the week and it's been months.  Then they called my number and asked for a totally different person and said the same thing, they are so stupid.  They might have got part of some old debt or your information from some old debt but don't fall for this, let them file papers, fight it and it's usually dropped.  If it's your debt from long ago for junk debt buyers let them sue you they only win because people are dumb enough to not reply to the court and make them prove the debt. But I think these are from old payday loans from what I understand, which I don't have.   Good luck.

I keep getting calls from an unavailable number. About 7 times a day.. I answer when I am not busy but only have one voicemail with a number (866-215-6189) and it was to a compny called Worldgroup who has never heard of me. now they are calling my family asking for me. They have another thing coming if they think I will not press charges for harrasment. I have told them they are looking for someone else with my name and there are about 27000 just in South Carolina alone. Can we say Dumb.

i received calls from an unknown number leaving me messages that they need to verify my name and address so the can present me with a claim/ But if I call the firm charges will be dropped .  If this number is from a honest legit company they would be more professional and not intimidating. They call my work making it sound like I  am a loser and going to be served court papers defaming my character. 877-258-1887 is world group using unlisted numbers to hide your cover makes you guys not honest and you will do anything lie, threaten, and pretending you have the ability to sue and take peoples wages I see you have many  phone numbers that  is associated with world group.If you were a legitimate company one direct number is all you need maybe my number is associated with certain tacky employees you employ and another number is for another group of victims that your company threatens scammers usually have multiple numbers so they shut down a number and create a new one. Maybe you should train your dogs how to read their script better they just read and have no clue where to pause and where the period is. Its too bad when you do get sued from one of the people you threaten dont these dogs know that their name will come up in the lawsuit oh i forgot they dont use their realname because they dont work for a real company and the do not even have real phone numbers yeah right unknown number LOSERS
