Came home one day and had a yellow Delivery Notice with a message on it to call this number, and the man's name, Bruce Dudley. I called it thinking it was a package or something, only got his voice mail. No clue what this is.

It means there are criminals casing your neighborhood, strongly suggest you call the police and report it.

I also got a yellow slip on my door. Bruce Dudley (877) 418-6396 but when I looked it up it says that he works at a insurance company.  http://howeinsuranceservices.com/contact.php?s=20&p=4&sort=ln   It was maked second notice which is a bunch of whoooy!

I got the yellow Delivery Notice with a message on it to call this number, as well. I called and got his voicemail. He called my number back ( I didn't leave a message) and said I had filled out a form about senior funeral insurance and mailed it to him. I would never fill out such a form! He kept asking my name so as to mark it off the list. I wouldn't tell him my name but I told him not to come back to my street. It all sounds extremely fishy to me!!!

I had the same notice on door. Call the same number you have a package.So I called the number got a recorded message. Left message hope this wasn’t a mistake.

He was here today and left his infamous little yellow note...I contacted his company and told them he had better not ever return. I have a sign on my door that says no solicitation and he needs to honor that! Next time I will call the police!

I got the yellow slip of paper. I'm always leery of alot of things. I didn't call the number I typed the name and phone number online and then I saw this.

is this a legitimate Insurance Company I too gave this man my information and he gave me an insurance policy for $50,000 with two Riders I think he is legit I tried to pull him up on the Better Business Bureau but I had no luck however the company that he works for I believe was involved in the spearmint scam at some point or another I'm still trying to research that information

You signed up with an unknown company? Have you checked to see if he really is an insurance agent? That would have to be done at your state licensing agency, not the worthless BBB. The company would also have to be listed on that site.
