Recived a call from Cecil Hayes, telling me they had a court summons for me and I was being charged with two criminal counts one was a felony. He knew where I banked, S.S.# where I lived, last four digits of checking account. Said I defaulted on a Loan from Timberloan Payday, I needed to pay him $400 or he would send someone to my home with a summons to appear in court, gave me a case # also. Don't know what to do. The bank said the $400 was never deposited into my account between Jan,Feb 2009.gave me this pnone number 1-877-418-8791. If you had a call from this person I would like to hear from you. He also said he had my IP address.

I have had two calls for the same reason: I took a loan and never paid the companies back, in which case are CashAmerica and CashAdvance. The guys told me that I needed a lawyer and go to court, and that they would subpoena me. It's been 4 days since I received the first call on 06/14/2011 and the second on 06/17/2011. I haven't received the subpoena yet, and I highly suspect that this is a scam. I never received a loan, and if I did it would be mailed to me stating the amount of the loan. I also answered them back that if they called me again, I would sue them for harassment charges. If I do get another call from them, what should I do?

P.S. This is not the phone number that called, but the first one on 06/14/2011 is 105-269-3119. The second one I do not have, as it is an unknown number.
