Received text message from 210-446-5843. Message said documents submitted no contest clause. Please 877-421-4322

It’s a scam. Nothing on file at my local court house.

Same thing as above call the 877 number and lady that answered mentioned litigation when she quickly rambled off the name. Something about a payday loan deposit that went into an account with a bank I don't bank with

877 421 4322 sms 210 446 5843 just got the same "no contest" text. Reported as Spam and Blocked. I actually answered a call Nov 2025 frm an obvious guy in "training to scam". He couldnt give address of business and his super came on and gave a fake attorney's office. The acct info they gave me was about 20+ yrs old identity theft. They were apparently going to serve me that day at my P.O. box. If u want to hear what scammers have on u take the call. Remember not to get upset or volunteer correct and current info.

I keep getting harassed about some court filings.

I received the same message, about 45 mins. ago. From the same number, with the same info & number in the text. 😡

Got the text about hour ago. If you know your credit, you know it's fake. Mark as spam and block.

Got a text saying unresolved issue with a credit card back to 2011. I called the 877-421-4322 number even though I knew it’s a scam. Man said he was calling from the Litigation department.  I asked what company this was and he replied Atlas Law Firm. He also said a “server” called trying to verify my address but that was bs because I’ve had no calls from unknown numbers. I told him I’ll wait to see what happens lol and then hung up.
