A woman an accent called the front desk asking for our COO by name without providing details about herself or her company. When I said he wasn't available she quickly said "transfer me to his voicemail" which I didn't do. She then asked if there was someone else she could speak to in regards to shipping and I mentioned our Logistics VP but she still didn't say who she represented or why she was calling, instead quickly asking for the person's full name and to be transferred to their voicemail (which is full because of telemarketers). When I refused and finally asked the questions outright of who she was and who she represented, she sounded huffy and said she represented Reveel and that they were not a shipping company but a shipping auditor. The phone number that came up from the caller ID was (877)421-4994 but the callback number she provided was (316)690-4087. She did not provide her name.

A lady called asking to be transferred to the shipping department. I asked the reason of her call and she replied that she wanted a quote for their small parcel shipments. I told her that I could take a message and she hung up.
