I've received 3 immediate phone calls back to back from this number no voice mails were left I am concerned that this could be a falsified phone number and call

Igot a call from them but no message.  They purport to be an elder hostel in Boston  Don't know anyone in that area, never been there,  Don't like it.

This is Road Scholar (educational travel)

Since that number is not listed on their contact page, I have to wonder what your intention is by posting what you did.

Tons of companies have a couple of different phone numbers. Not all phone numbers you receive calls on will be listed on the company's website.

Also, that person was trying to be helpful. Not everybody is up to suspicious activity. Sounds like paranoia, to me.
