answered call from this number and it was hold music. stayed on the line out of curiosity. hold music stopped and i could hear the person on the other end chewing and smacking gum like a child and some guy talking in the background about "all these idiots" .

they repeatedly call - no one is there - they refuse to leave a message - so glad my loan was sold to someone who makes marketing calls repeatedly- not!!!!!

these people have been calling repeatedly over and over and over......no one there....no message........I am about two steps away from filing a grievance....

Just received a call from the site 77 number it's a scam beware.

Never answer this number!!  It is just as others have said: it is a scam, and they will put you on hold, using the minutes you pay for.  IF YOU ANSWER, your number will be electronically designated as an active target number and called 16 times as often.  It will also be sold and/or shared ("Do not call" lists mean nothing.)  Just do not answer this number.

SUGGESTION: Go to your phone carrier's website and see if they allow you to block numbers.  Most will allow you to block incoming numbers for a limited period.  

These people have been calling me several times a week for months.  What a pain in the [***].

Listen carefully to their voicemail and hear the word "courtesy" or courtesy call" from Roundpoint.  That's a tipoff that they're going to sell me extra insurance or something since they have my house loan.  

You are so right Paul.  The "Do Not Call List" means absolutely nothing.  It is a joke.  The legitimate companies know enough to abide by the DNC List bc they do not want to have to pay a fine.  Bowever, it is the thieves and scammers who obviously pay no attenetion to it at all.  Law enforcement won't get involved until you actually get ripped off and even then they cannot help you and the big phone companies (LECs) like Verizon have the technology to track them down, trace the calls and shut them down but they refuse to get involved without a court  order as well.  It is going to take major legislation to get them or any law enforcement to pay attention to this huge problem of identity theft.  Identity theft is the number one crime problem inthe world and most of it is committed over the phone.  Write a letter to your Senator and Congressmen.  I did and if more people wrote letters, then maybe, just maybe something will be done.  At the very least spoofing technology should be made illegal to be sold &/or used here in the U.S. or used to make a call to anyone in the U.S.

Two calls from this number, a hang up and music. bummer.

These idiots called at 0810 h and left no message. I have never heard of Roundpoint Mortgage, as they were identified in earlier posts, and do not have a home loan. They are scammers. Blocked!!!!! No one will stop these criminals. What a disgrace.

I have filed a grievance with Colorado Atty Generals' office.  RoundPoint should be put out of business!

They called me and wanted my address and last four of my social, when I asked what the call was about the lady would not tell me and kept asking for my last four. Very rude and unprofessional!! I will definitely be filing a complaint

They hold my mortgage, I did not answer and Im blocking their number!!!

They called my cell phone (not a number I give out for business such as this) and asked me to call this number back, but did not say why. The woman spoke too quickly, so I didn't hear the first few words. I have a mortgage with Roundpoint, but I am unaware of any issues with it so I chose not to return the call after checking my account online..

Thank you all for posting this! They just called, and my mortgage was recently switched to their company. I did not feel comfortable giving my social over the phone, and really glad I read through these posts before I did! I've never received a courtesy call from my previous mortgage company so I was suspicious as to why my new one would.

They just called me at work? Never heard of this company. I asked what it was regarding and some bull$hitt3r told me about a mortgage. Told him to get a life and GFYS and hung up.

Just bought a new home Jan 2018.  My builder financed my initial mortgage and sold it to Fannie Mae. Which contracts with roundpoint Mtg. My first payment isn’t due until March 1st and I am already getting calls. They didn’t leave a voice  Message. Blocking them

Sticking your head in the sand is not a wise move in this case.  I would find out what they want because most likely they have the information all messed up.  If you do not dispute it, it will go down on your credit record as late.
