Text message tellimg me my account in in restricted status, call immedietly to remove the restriction - when I called I either got a message stating all circuits are busy or when I did get through it went to some "susan" ladies voicemail with no information as to what company they are with, very annoying, obviously a hoax of some sort...

Received the same txt, did some searching: # comes back to "timeshift.net" a us-based company who reroutes #'s for other companies, like "cuna.net" (search: http://www.robtex.com/dns/cuna.net.html)

I am "susan" and I am working with a new i-phone here.  I am unable to receive voice messages and when I tried to find out why...there was a phone number ref. on my phone.  Went to the net and googeled '877 426 9265' and there was your message. My i-phone is new ...I'm headed back to the store today!!! Bless ATT!!!
