I'm curious to see if this is real? This company said they have been mailing me letters since 2010 which haven't received at all. I've been in the same area for 10 years. They also had the last 4 of my social but my social was stolen back in 2009. They emailed me documents that they said need to be signed right away and they can start the payments to remove this from my credit even though the company they are trying to collect debt for isn't even on my credit score at all. I'm a little convinced but not really. Anyone else get calls from them? They didn't give me their company name but I googled the number and it came up Lincoln equites

Typical comments  = could very well be a bottom feeder looking to extort money .  Emails are NOT an official notification of debt.  That would be a WRITTEN notice that is MAILED to you.  Since they claim letterS were mailed, don't you think you would have received one - especially  since they "began in 2010"?? (another typical comment)

Another RED FLAG - sign/pay now AND no company name given. (a violation of the FDCPA).!!!
