this [***] calls and threatens with jail and verbal abuse, Ignore him it is just a crooked collection agent or some sort of scam. also has different numbers 888-319-2298 and i think the name he used was "david kelly".

Got this call twice in the last six months, threatening Criminal/Civil charges if I didn't call back immediately.  I was told it was the Office of David Kelly.

I received a message from a woman who said that charges were being processed against me (she used the wrong name) and that she had my social security number.
My response is to say that I recently received a note indicating that a long lost uncle of mine was actually a Nigerian prince and that I have it on good authority that I'm coming into a lot of money pretty soon.

Some one called with a docket number,saying to prevent the case from going into court I need to contact THE OFFICE OF DAVID KELLY @ 877-433-5509. ALso threaten to file criminal charges against me.

I received a phone call twice from the number 877-433-5509.  First call was a lady giving me court docket information, and that i needed to contact the office of David Kelly.  Second call back was the individual himself David Kelly, did not identify if he was a lawyer or debit collector, just asked if i was so in so and then gave the last 4 didgits of my SSN, and said needed to show proof and call him back.  Sounds like a very pushy Debit collector, very rude!

Yeah, me too...In fact, today was the second time he called me and said the same exact thing...Is this guy really bogus?

This Tina Frank called me and gave this number (877-433-5509), which belongs to David Kelly, then also gave a docket number and said she had Thornton Simmons' social security number, etc.  I called back and got Mr. Kelly who gave me the last four digits of the social security number.  I told him that it belonged to Thornton Jonathan Simmons who was in jail in Gwinnett County and Thornton Simmons was deceased as of August 2009.  He told me it was for a bad check that Jon had written on his father's account and it would get him an additional year's incarceration.

These crooked s [***] almost got my mother n law thank goodness I caught it for her!

I received a call on this.  The lady calling is Tina Frank.  The number she left me was 1-888-317-1772.  It was a threatening call as previously reported with no reason for the threatening call given.  I called the number but no one answered.  Then David Kelly called me back immediately even though I didn't leave a message.  When I gave him my information he said I was not the person they were after.

I have gotten calls from a Tina Frank & a Miranda saying they are sending papers to my work & home- They say to contact Attorney David Kelly @ 888-317-1772 I called left a message- he was a total [***]- he said I was being sued for a debt of $400 from 2006, that I could settle it for $284.78 or I would have to pay $1950 if I go to court, when I ask the address to make a payment to, he said that he has a guy on the line holding to make a settlement & they dont take mail in payments, JUST A CC#- when I ask him for information on who is suing me he said Nationwide Recovery, then he said Gallagher Law Firm & the Tina Frank said she was with Dallas County Processor- He told me he was just the mediator however HE HAD NO INFORMATION ON WHO WAS SUING ME, he just got so pissed that I was asking questions that he hung up on me- SO what I  have done was call him straight for bout 3hours and left about 100 messages or so- He was so sick of me that he could only call me a [***] & a hillbilly & hang up the phone & he told me he was calling the sheriff office on me for harassing, I continued to call him and leave him several messages & of course I still have yet to get court documents or a call from the sheriff- There are 3 numbers he uses 877-433-5509, 888-317-1772, & 866-461-3015 ALL OF THESE #'s have the same message played & he picked up at all three #'s b/c I called him so many times, that he was PISSED  b/c I'm sure I was bugging & taking away from scamming others- Not only did I cuss him out, I told him I was going to harass him until he got new numbers- THIS IS A SCAM! HE IS NOT A DEBT COLLECTOR- His name is not David Kelly, I called the Law office of David Kelly in Ft Worth Tx & they told me they have had calls from Iowa, Tx, California b/c he is doing this to other people & they have NO idea how to locate this man- Gallagher Law Firm is in Houston & they dont even handle these kind of debt collector cases- HE IS A SCAM!!!

I just got a call from an unknown caller number. The lady said she was a Franklin County processor and to call this David Kelly guy, Told me the number to call was 888-317-1772 and gave me a file number. So I call and get a voice mail for David Kelly and left a message. Then this lady that called me at the end of our phone conversation told me Good Luck. Not sure what it is about.

No feel bad, they actually conned our ex daughter in law who fell for this crap and she paid them just to get rid of them.  I hope David Kelly calls again so I can tape him. Now, his messages tell you to call John at 866-203-6039.  Give these numbers a call 866-461-3015/888-317-1772/877-433-5509.  They all belong to this kelly guy

That's strange because his lady partner said she was from SD and they police were on their way to arrest my son.  This is a complete spam

WOW!!! Wish something could be done about this creep David Kelly and John McGuire.  I do know the way to stop their calling.  Try calling these numbers

at different times during the day and night. And when you get through or finally get a real person on the line....tell them to google their number to find out what people are saying about them.  THen they block you.  Love it.  THIS IS A SCAM
