Bogus caller. We've never had any accounts with Citibank nor Home Depot.

I am sick and tired of this number calling 5 times a day.  I have sent all calls to voice mail but my phone still rings when they call.  I do not have call block on my droid turbo or I would be able to block them.

Interesting.  I just got this call and I'm not late.  The bill was just issued 2 days ago.  Blocking!

I was getting calls from this number everyday last week, sometimes twice a day. It was saying it was from Tennessee. Finally on Saturday I picked up and it was Home Depot. Didn't give them any info over the phone either. I was a few days late (3) on my bill. Explained to them it will get drawn out from my account on Monday. Guess who just called again, THEM!!! What was strange is that nothing appeared under the number so I googled the number to see who it was. If it's that important to them to see where the payment is, leave a [***] message!!! Tired of their [***]! Sorry for the swearing but I've had it with them. Paying it off next week then cancelling the account. Thanks Home Depot for pushing another loyal customer away over a $400 balance!!! Jerks!!

It's Home Depot

It is Citibank calling on behalf of Home Depot.  I have not received my bill, thus, no payment.  I find it interesting they will still allow usage in the store, despite it being late.  I paid the amount and closed the account.

Harassment - They call 10 or more times a day do not leave messages and even when they are paid they continue to call.

It's not Home Depot, it's a phishing number.  caller Id shows Citibank, they claim they are Home Depot, they are not
I get these calls for 5 days now, my Home Depot account is closed for a year, I dont owe them anything.  I called Home Depot by looking up on their website.  Do not call them back under this number

I started getting these calls for 5 days now (March 6 2016)  Caller Id shows it's Citibank.  Im never there to answer on my landline.  They left 2 msgs, one this morning and yesterday.  They claim they are Home Depot, for me to call back regarding my account.  My account with HD has been closed for over a year. I would not call them back, I dont want them to see my name if they have caller ID.  This is phishing scam!  I called HD directly, to report this.  Got HD customer service number from their website. I wish I could block them, since it's landline.
If get these calls on your smart phone, can block.  So far they only called once today.  I just keep ignoring their calls.

These people call every day, 5 times a day!  I have reported them but they just keep on calling!

Had just finished paying all my monthly bills and got a call from (caller ID) CITIBANK....thought they may have had a question regarding one of my accounts.... answered the call -- nothing but dead air then a hang up. Now they're on block. Nuf Said !!

As far as I know, debt collectors are not allowed to leave messages in most states because it is against the law for privacy reasons.

...the law says nothing about them leaving their business name and phone number.  That would not violate any "privacy reasons"...

got a call from this number asking for my husband. I asked him why. was asked if my husband was available, I said yes and asked him why, he hung up.

Home Depot called soliciting a "water test" when I moved cross country, which I fell for and bought a very expensive water softening filtration system that wasn't installed correctly and for months didn't work.  I have paid every month five times the amount due so I could pay it off quickly with no interest.  Got a call today from this number insisting they were with Citibank wanting to bring my account current!  WTF????

So yes, this is a REAL number for the Home Depot Credit Card, run by Citibank.  Here's the scoop.. I was late on a payment, this number started calling me daily.. I made my payment via the Home Depot web site and guess what.. THE CALLS STOPPED!!!? Note to myself and everyone else complaining.. pay our bills on time, we wont get harassed!

Don't have a Sh-ty bank or home despot card. Actually, don't have any credit cards anymore. did away with those 15 yrs ago.

A bunch of different number. But....15 freaking calls today all about a card i do not have. So, i answered the phone 5 different times because that is how many different numbers they used. Every time i explained i was not the person they were looking for, and, i did not know them. Apparently you can make up a number and they never check. And they are managed by suck morons that they cant "adjust" for things like this. Oh wow, i disnt think i was tha smart. But apparently the world is run by fools. I will start taking over now!

It's Citi bank calling on helpful of Home Depot. They contract Citi to handle their Credit Cards.
