    Called my cell; my phone/carrier marked the call as "Scam Likely". I picked up the call but didn't speak; they hung up.  I called the number back from a landline (after *67, of course) and it was answered "Nationwide Recovery Systems" - I have no idea whether this is a legit debt collector.
