Receiving phone calls from this number at work. Do not know who these people are.
I do not owe this company. Stop calling me at work.

Receiving messages regarding an urgent matter that needs my attention ASAP. Try to call them back and the line disconnects. I don't know who they are or what they want but I do not owe money to them.

I Receive calls on my cell from this number several times a week. When calling the number back, I get a recorded message asking me to hold a moment then it disconnects me.  If they're going to call, they could at least leave a message stating whom they're trying to reach and why.

They identified themselves as Virtuoso Sourcing Group.
Trying to collect on a debt that I do not owe. They have my address & soc. sec.
They were nasty & unprofessional.

Call me everyday at my house. It's just a warbled recording. I wish they'd stop.

They called me at work several times, I asked them how they got my work number and only said that I have a debt collections with them.  I told them to stop calling me at work and he said they would remove my work number from their calling list.  If I don't receive a collection bill in the mail from a company I won't pay them until I know it's legit.

Good for you.  It seems there are far more incompetent debt collection companies that competent ones.  Hold your ground...until they prove it's you, and that it's collectable (see this link for statute of limitations:  http://www.creditinfocenter.com/rebuild/statuteLimitations.shtml), don't let 'em steamroller you.
