    I got a call from 877-460-1576
yesterday around 1pm but they left no voicemail so I figured it was a telemarketer. Usually someone looking to collect a debt will leave you information. Then my Mother called and said they left them a voicemail with this number and a 2014-XXXXX
so I was like ok I will call back, it could be a debt I owe. So when I did they gave me the wrong social at first then corrected after putting me on hold several times, they provided and old bank account, an old email and an old address from 2010.
They told me I could pay a settlement offer today - if I didn't then they would have an attorney general sign a warrent for my arrest and they would come to my place of business by end of the next day which is today 1/30. The woman said her name was Savahnna Grant and if i didn't pay or secure this today with a check card I would be charged with check fraud and they would inform my place of employment of my charges. I had some old payday loans that probably are still deliquent, but I can't locate any info on them, since they were from 2010,  I have been paying off everything on my credit report for the past year and would love to pay them off if they could just provide me with some kind of written debt document, when I asked her if they could send me the info or email me the comapnies and debts I owed she said NO that was claasified info they used to file my case? She also gave me another number I could call back and pay, but it wouldn't do anything about my arrest warrent - the number was 1.678.436.3594 and I called it late yesterday evening and a woman aswered - it's a GA are code?
I am all about paying off my debt, but these are not on my credit report - HOW CAN I FIND OUT what is legally attached to me and my identity and social security number?

Savannah Grant and friends are scammers. I refused to pay her, and she said I was going to be arrested within an hour, from the last time I talked to her. That was 2 weeks ago, nothing has happened. They are just extortion scammers.

Just a scam, I have been having a blast calling them back and turning the game around on them. They don't like it when you ask where they are located at. They really don't like it when you say you are recording this phone call also. They immediately hang up on you. They won't give me a company name, all they say is investigations. I asked them what they investigate and they said everything, depends on your case! Asked if they were cops and she hung up on me! Ha ha, don't give them any information, that's all they want.

ROBO- I got that very same phone call today telling me that I have until 5 PM to send them $987 or I'll be served papers to go to court. The moron that called me was some woman named Angela Ross with Nation Wide Legal Services. The phone number they called me from was 1-877-460-1576 but told me her direct line was 678-496-2613....I saw your post after I researched this number and noticed how close the last 4 numbers are....I can rest easy now that it's a scam. She said she was out of Atlanta, Georgia.

They won't even let me get a word out before they hang up on me. I've been calling them all morning with phony names saying I'm recording the call. The last call I made I could hear one of the ladies in the background screaming at someone else on the phone.

Today these people called me, my parents, both of my brothers and a friend I haven't talked to in like 3 years. How do we make it stop? It's one thing they call and harass me but everyone else, seems a tad over the top.

I have been receiving calls from this 877-460-1576 number for a while now. Just to let you know they did me the same way they call my father and he answered and told him if they don't get in touch with me I would be arrested. Well here is the catch I talked to the lady she stated she was an investigator I said ok. She told me I had a certain amount of time to pay the loan. I told her that I didn't have the money to pay it to do what she had to do. She got upset and started yelling at me I told her to go ahead and call the sheriffs office. Well she said she was dispatching a sheriff out by my cell phone number. I said you are so smart that number don't even register by in my name but my friends name. So this is a SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This particular scam company got the phone numbers to my sisters, their husbands and my mother trying to find me. They use my married last name, which I have divorced and gone back to my married name for a couple of years now. Everyone was worried that I was going to be arrested, as they claimed they were looking for "DEFENDANT". I am on some kind of list for these types of scammers I swear, just get one stopped and another starts to call soon after. I have a police officer friend that I refer them too now. UGH!!!

Today myself & both my parents received calls from this number. I how ever didn't answer. When my mom answered a women ID herself as Investagator Brown. She told my mom she was trying to contact me for a fraud investigation. Worried my mom notified me immediately. I called this "Mrs. Brown". Who stayed to me she was calling reguarding a owed balance to CASHNET-USA. That if I didn't pay the balance of $350 I would arrested by my local Sheriffs Dpt. She knew my name, email, SSN, and new cell phone number. Never once did she ask me to verify in anyway who I was. Alarmed I wanted to make things right to avoid any legal issues.

After googling the # I call Mrs. Brown back. Asking her to identify the stance she was with, a badge number, a email or fax something proving this whole thing was legit. She told me once I provided all information and paid the balance I would get a email. So I contacted my local law inforcment. The told me it was more than likely a SCAM.

Still concerned and worried I reached out to CASHNET. Who then told me my account was closed in 2011. They also confirmed it was a SCAM. That they have recivied multiple complaints.

Just received a message on my cell phone stating this call was concerning a defendent named; (my name) and that they were trying to locate the defendent - asking for information on how to locate this person.  Then minutes later I received a call from my ex-husband who said he had received a call from a woman who identified herself as an investigator trying to locate me on 2 fraudulent check charges.  She asked him if he was related to me and he said he was my ex-husband and then she referenced our two children and told him to tell our children that I had two fraudulent check charges against me.  I have received similar calls in the past and I am not giving them the time of day. Once I got caught up and paid out over $800.00  because they used such scare tactics that I fell for it.  Not again.  Anyone who was legitimate would never tell a third party anything like that about another person.  Beware of this number - don't let them intimidate you with their nonsense.

I got a call from these same fools. First off, I requested the caller's name and the mailing and physical address of where they were operating from., Threw them for a loop. Then I requested the liscense number that allows them to operate in VA. Again,  DUMBFOUNDED. I informed them i was aware they were a scam, buying up fraudulent or aged off debt and trying to collect ANYTHING. THey were very rude, threatened to take me to jail. Debt is a civil, not criminal matter in all states. I advised i would be more than happy to meet them at my local court house. I sent a debt validation letter and enclosed the copy of the complaint I filed with the state attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission.  Guess what, haven't had any more calls.

I also got a call and got curious. Spoke to someone named Jayne? Said they were Nationwide Asset Recovery. When I pressed, I got a physical address of 1232 Forsythe St.  Atlanta Ga. Guess what, there is no 1232 but 232 is the greyhound Station. There is a legit collection agency in Ga called National Asset Recovery. i am sending a letter to the legit one that someone is scamming their name and could potentially harm their good name. Everyone do this. look up national asset recovery in ga, send them letters or call. I bet they take action pretty quickly.

My mom received a message on her machine from these folks looking for my ex husband. How they associated her with him I have no idea. They didn't identify themselves on the machine. Got no answer when i called back and no name on their machine so I left a message letting them know we haven't heard from him in 8 years.  Glad I looked here before actually talking to a person.

Got a call, went to voice mail. Message said they are trying to locate me, the defendant. I am laughing. These calls are to scam you out of money period. Debt collectors cannot by law use threats of arrest to collect. The FTC will tell you do not pay these people, answer or return the call.

Just filed a complaint with the local Sheriff and F.B.I. offices.  Also called the BBB, FTC and AT&T.  And proceeded to contact an attorney.  I am DONE with harassing phone calls.  I work too hard for these [***] to try and get my money and threaten me at the same time.  I'll keep this board updated when they get them!  I'm done playing!  I'm seeing this one through!

This number has called several time threatening to send a sheriff to my home immediately if I don't pay x amount of dollars for a payday loan. Ms Brown even threatened my wife. Funny thing is that I contacted the local Police Department and they don't have any complaints or warrants for my arrest. Beware of this scam. Don't give then any bank account info.
